- Electricity for the two cottages is charged per meter reading, for the apartment is inclusive with rent.
- All kitchens are fully equipped and have fridge/freezer modern cooker with oven, microwave and iron.
- Duvets and pillows supplied, however sheets, pillowcases and towels can be hired at £6 per bed; otherwise bring your own. Linen for the apartment is inclusive with rent.
- All properties have a colour TV.
- High chairs and cots can be booked in advance at no extra charge; cot linen is not supplied.
- There is a private water supply.
- Private fishing, if available, on River Ericht by prior arrangement.
- Use of the grass tennis court at Easter Drimmie is free to all guests.
- All properties are heated by electric wall heaters, with additional back-up heating by wood burning fires. An initial complimentary bag of logs is provided.
- Shaver-points in all bathrooms.
- Initial grocery starter-pack can be provided at cost, plus a small service charge.
